How you receive your purchase
As soon as your payment is confirmed:
- A download link appears on your order confirmation page. You can download immediately, without leaving the page.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
Delivery is instant. There is no processing time, no shipping, and no delivery charge.
Format
Our products are delivered as PDF files, readable on a phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader, and printable if you prefer paper.
If your download does not arrive
- Check the spam, promotions, and junk folders of the email address you used at checkout.
- Check that the address you entered was correct — a mistyped address is the most common cause.
- Email hello@novelve.com with the name you ordered under and we will send your file directly.
We answer download problems as a priority. You paid for the product and you will receive it.
Keep your copy
Save the file somewhere you can find it again. Download links are not permanent, and we recommend downloading to a device you control rather than relying on the link.
