These terms govern your use of the Novelve website and your purchase of any product sold through it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Novelve sells digital products, primarily ebooks in PDF format. Nothing sold here is a physical item, and nothing is shipped.
2. Your licence
When you buy a product from Novelve, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use one copy for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it on your own devices and print a copy for yourself.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the file or any part of it.
- Upload it to a file-sharing service, forum, cloud folder, or any other place where others can download it.
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the text, whether credited or not.
- Use the content to train, fine-tune, or ground any machine learning or AI system.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, author credit, or watermark.
All content remains the property of Novelve and its authors. Buying a copy does not transfer ownership of the work.
3. Delivery
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after payment, and is also emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery details are in our Delivery Policy.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify. We do not receive or store your full card number. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Our Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances in which we will replace a file or refund a duplicate charge.
6. Content disclaimer
Novelve’s products are written from personal experience and general research. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no author or contributor is acting as your doctor, dietitian, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser. Nothing you read here creates a professional relationship of any kind.
The nutrition, supplement, sleep, and movement guidance in our products is general information, not a personalized treatment plan, and may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, or exercise — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to access systems or files you have not paid for. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who does.
8. Copyright and takedowns
All text, cover art, and site content are protected by copyright. If you believe your work has been infringed by material on this site, email legal@novelve.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material in question, and we will respond.
If you find our work distributed without permission, we would like to know. The same address works.
9. Age
This site is not intended for children. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novelve is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
